Description

From the Pharmacist Vien: Word of Caution!

I’m someone with sensitive skin so when I wear BAND-AIDs or anything with adhesive for extended periods (I’m talking 6hrs+) then I inevitably get a nasty skin rash in that exact area.

If this is your first time using capsaicin-containing patches, I’d recommend going slow like 1 hour first day, then build it up, 2 hrs 2nd day, 3hrs 3rd day etc…

Also helps if you do NOT shower with these on. Firstly water and adhesives don’t mix and secondly it’ll leave your skin underneath very soggy and MORE prone to a skin rash

Day 3: I’ve removed the patch after 6hrs of use on day 1, but the rash kept up into day 3
Day 2: after wearing the patch for 6hrs and removing it I get a slight rash
