Batteries low in your bathroom scale? No lentils in the pantry? The gym too far away? These are environmental setups for guaranteed failure
Bite the bullet make the small changes and the actions will follow without reliance on will power. Remember our Brain 🧠 evolved to not to expend precious fuel. Don’t fight it
