Wondering which diet you’ll try in 2022?

I’ve been testing this diet for the last 6 months (watch my progress on Pinterest @pharmacistvee) and it’s been a game changer.

Instead of preaching from the soapbox about what to eat – that’s assuming I know what nationality you are and what you culturally eat – I simply ask that you look watch your stools for a well formed fat submarine shape.

If it’s too mushy bulk it up with fibre
If it’s too hard like rabbit pellets then soften with water


Ps. This diet will work for 9 out of 10 people. There’s always going to be outliers! Listen to your own body signals 🔊
