Women out there planning on a growing family? (5 min read for a 1000x ROI on your health)

Many pregnant women without realising, are not eating enough fish or have fish hesitancy during pregnancy…recommended intake is 2-3x a week …or 500mg a day of DHA type omega 3

Unfortunately even leading brands like Elevit, Blackmores and BioCeuticals don’t have a single drop of omega OR make you make an add-on DHA supplement and even then it doesn’t meet the minimums.

I only found Bioceuticals to hit the 500mg mark but this is behind the counter so ask your pharmacist on this one.

Always check the back of the label for the true measure of DHA…often the numbers on the front are the combined EPA and DHA which is misleading
